Delivery costs consist of transport cost as well as handling and administration costs. You pay GBP 10,- per order. No matter how many products you order.
Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales and a maximum of thirty days. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. If we have not delivered the goods within thirty days, the customer is entitled to terminate the agreement. Dissolution of the agreement can only be done by writing or e-mail. In that case the amount paid by the customer will be transferred back to his/her bank account. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you must notify us of such details within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items that are shown as not received by the customer.
There is a seven-day returns period on all of your items. During this period of time you may return your purchase unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Return costs will apply. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost within 30 days after having received the returned goods.

In the event that you damage returned goods, we reserve the right to apply charges.
After the initial period of time has elapsed then the purchase agreement comes into effect.

If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please contact our Service Department before returning the items. Any product send back to us without prior notice will be returned to the customer. Return costs will apply.
Any complaint or compliment can be sent to our Customer Service Department. We will endeavour to deal with you complaint within five working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigation.
